good location, secure stay
great locationsecure feelcute hostrude staff
vincenzo was very cute and informative. he. the location is near the duomo, many museums, restaurants, and the city centre. the hotel used a key from the street, another key to enter the hotel itself, and a key to enter the room. it.
one staff member was abrupt and rude, this impacted my stay. the hotel services was unclear. bedding changed daily, but towels was not. i found this out after placing used towels on the floor. i didn't receive replacements.

the hotel has a shared fridge available to store food and drinks, this could be very practical. a coffee machine is available until 11 am each morning. it is a nice way to start the day before exploring.

the room was comfortable, clean, and bigger than other hotel rooms. the sink inside the room was very useful to wash my face and brush my teeth. the common space was beautiful, this feature high ceilings and nice furniture.

the location is very central, this making it easy to walk to popular attractions. i found the hotel to be very close to duomo. this allows quick access. several museums and restaurants are also located nearby.

some issues noted during stay
room heat
carrying luggage up multiple flights of stairs proved difficult i also noted a lack of air conditioning in the room the heat. these issues detracted significantly from what could have been a more enjoyable experience

The double room had very tall ceilings. i also appreciated the very friendly vincenzo. He permitted an early check-in. amenities were really clean. They were comfortable too.
the internal walls are really thin.

the staff was very kind and helpful. there was free coffee, tea, and lemonade available for breakfast. the historical building had beautiful interiors and a fantastic lounge. the hotel provided good pillows and a comfortable mattress.
the instructions for accessing the hotel were confusing.
